We had a king one bed apartment on the top floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's very comfortable. Nice and quiet and only a 5 minute walk to one of the main walking streets with access to the main zucalo and beyond.

We stayed for 7 peaceful days and truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the center, yet it feels tucked away in a quiet and serene area. We stayed in the apartment, which was very clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. There was always hot water as soon as you turned on the faucet—a detail we really appreciated. Stepping out of the apartment leads you to a lovely patio with a stunning view of the mountains. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee while listening to the birds.

Our hotel room as very comfortable and clean with a massive bed. The communal areas were very welcoming and it was useful to have a kitchen we could use. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It was also very good value for money. The hotel was in a great location with only a short walk to all of the main tourist sites. We would highly recommend.
Our experience with Hotel Jardines del Carmen was great! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and which was spacious enough for our family of 3 with room to spare. The apartment has everything you need kitchen, fridge, microwave and a balcony with beautiful views. The share spaces are welcoming and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for us since it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and tours. There is also parking on site and the staff is courteous and friendly. We would definitely recommend.
